1 Pkg. Yellow cake mix; no pudding
1 stick of butter; softened
3 eggs
1 8 oz. pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 whole box of powdered sugar
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cake mix, butter, and 1 egg together. Press into a greased 9x13x2 pan. Mix cream cheese, sugar, and 2 eggs. Pour over mixture in pan. Sprinkle with nuts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
