5-6 lb. rump roast
2-3 tbsp. liquid smoke
28-32 oz. ketchup
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Rub roast on all sides with liquid smoke. Wrap in foil and bake at 325 for 20-30 min. per lb. Cool and slice as thin as possible. Return to foil. Mix remaining ingredients to make sauce and pour over the sliced meat. Close the foil and let meat stand overnight in the refrigerator. Reheat at 275 for one hour in foil package.
