2 Quarts Chicken Broth
5 lbs Potatoes, peeled and quartered
5 cloves Garlic, chopped
1 c heavy cream
1/2 c sour cream
3 T chopped Fresh chives
1/2 t salt
1/2 c melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Bring chicken broth to a boil, add potatoes & cook until tender, but still firm (about 15 min.)
Drain, keep broth.
Stir in garlic, cream & 1 to 2 Tbsp broth, mash until creamy. Blend in sour cream, chives, salt & butter. Heat thru & serve.
