1 lb. frozen shrimp or fresh
1 can artichoke hearts
2 cans king crabmeat ( I always rinse)
1 can button mushrooms or fresh
1/4 c. butter
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 Tbls. finely chopped shallots or onions
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 Tbls. snipped fresh dill or 1 tsp. dried dill weed
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
3/4 c. milk
2/3 c. dry white wine
2 Tbls. corn flake crumbs

Preheat oven to 375. Thaw shrimp. Saute garlic and shallots or onion in hot butter 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in flour, pepper, dill and stir in milk. Bring to a boil, stirring. Remove from heat. Add half of cheese; stir until melted. Stir in wine. In greased casserole put cleaned flaked crabmeat, shrimp, artichokes, mushrooms, remainder of cheese and sauce. Toss lightly together to mix. Sprinkle top with corn flake crumbs. Bake 30 minutes or until bubbly.
