1 lb pasta (angel hair or Farfalle)
26 oz Cream of Mushroom soup
2 1/2 C milk
1 Tbsp dried oregano
2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 C grated Parmesan cheese
3 cloves garlic

Cook pasta as directed.

In a 4 qt sauce pan mix soup, 1 C milk, & garlic. Heat at med-low heat until well mixed and beginning to simmer. Add spices and cook for 4 minutes, stirring often so that it does not boil. Add 1 C milk, continuing to stir very often and cook for another 4 minutes. Add remaining milk and cheese and stir constantly for 1-2 minutes or until the cheese is fully melted.

Serve over hot pasta.

This is a family recipe that I grew up with. I make it a little different every time. It is forgiving in the amounts of spices that you use. If anything tastes too strong you can always add a little milk and it will make the flavor more subtle.
