1/4 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
2 T. mustard
2 T. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 medium grated onion
1 clove minced garlic

Directions:
Directions:
I mix all ingredients and usually double the recipe for dipping purposes. Let meat stand in the mixture for 12 hours minimum in frig. before skewering your meat and veggies.
