1 lb Fresh Cranberries
2 Oranges
4 Apples, cored but not peeled
1 1/4 C Sugar
2 sm pkgs Strawberry Jello

Directions:
Directions:
Put ingredients except jello through a food grinder or a food processor. Dissolve jello in 1/2 cup boiling water, stir well till completely dissolved. Add to the fruit mixture. Mix well and let chill overnight before serving.

This is an excellent, refreshing, salad side dish for any meal. Originates back to when my kids were small, 1970. They loved to help me turn the grinder. I've not tried this yet with the food processor, but I'm sure it will work just as good and a whole lot easier.
