2 3/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp. soda
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar

(favorite fruit)
bananas
strawberries
pineapple
cherries
raspberries
blueberries
kiwi
mandarin oranges

Directions:

Crust:
2 3/4 cups flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cream of tarter
1 tsp.soda

Cream:
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup shortening
1/2 cup butter

Add:
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
dry ingredients

Blend all together and put on pizza pans (lightly flour pan and roll it with rolling pin)

Bake crust at 350 until light brown

Topping: cream 3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
Spread on cooled crust and top with fresh fruit (your favorite)
bananas, strawberries, pineapple, cherries, raspberries, blueberries, kiwi, mandarin oranges.
