2 cans french cut green beans
2 cans cooked chicken breast
(or about 3 breasts, cooked)
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 or 2 cans sliced water chestnuts (6 oz.) *optional
1/2 - 1 cup cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange green beans in greased 9 x 13 bakery dish. Lay chicken (cut into large chunks) on top of beans and lightly sprinkle with salt. Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice, curry powder and (*optional) drained water chestnuts. Pour over chicken. Sprinkle the shredded cheese on top.

Bake at 350 about 35 minutes, until cheese is melted and slightly brown.
