Sift together flour and sugar. Melt margarine with cocoa and water. Bring to a boil and pour over sugar/flour mixture. In separate bowl beat egg into buttermilk and add soda. Add to above mixture. Pour into cookie sheet pan. Use Pam. Bake@400º for 20 minutes
Icing: Place margarine ,cocoa and milk in saucepan. bring to light boil. do not scorch. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar and vanilla .Mix well. May use 1 cup nuts in icing if preferred.
