2-8 oz. cream cheese, 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper, 2 tbsp. chopped red onion, 1 small can crushed pineapple (drained), 2 cups chopped pecans, 2 tsp. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
Whip cream cheese until it is softened. Add pepper, onion, pineapples, salt and 1/2 the nuts. Shape into large cheese ball and roll in rest of the nuts. Chill for 2 hours. Serve with crackers.
