Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 pkg (4 serving size) Jello Vanilla flavor instant pudding and pie filling.
1 20 oz can Crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
1 cup thawed cool whip topping
1 round angel food cake (I buy them already made at the grocery)
Strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry pudding mix and pineapple w/juice in a medium bowl. Gently fold in whipped topping (I usually add more topping than called for!) Cut the cake horizontally in three layers. Spread topping mix between each layer and garnish with sliced strawberries to taste. If you make more topping by adding extra cool whip, you can spread this all over the cake as if it were icing

What I like about this one: It's flavorful, easy to make, fast, and very low calorie/low fat, especially if you use lite topping!
