4-6 chicken breasts, 2 stalks celery, 1/2 cup onion, 2 carrots, rice

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken with 2 tbsp garlic salt or to taste. Remove from broth and chop up. Add celery ,onion and carrots all chopped finely. Cook for 30 minutes in broth. Cook rice separately and then add chicken and rice to vegetables and broth. Cook for 5-10 minutes. Add pepper to taste.
