1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 1/4 c. hot milk
3 egg whites, well beaten

3 oz. cream cheese
1/2 stick butter or margarine
1 3/4 c. powdered sugar

Crushed salted peanuts

Sift together first 3 ingredients three times on piece of waxed paper. Put in bowl; add hot milk. Mix well. Fold in egg whites. Pour into ungreased 9x13 pan. Bake for20 minutes. 350 oven.
Frosting: Mix 3 oz. cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Add enough milk to make it spreadable. Sprinkle frosted cake with crushed salted peanuts.
