1 head Cauliflower
4 T. unsalted butter
2 T. olive oil
2 T. chopped fresh sage leaves
sea salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.
2. Place cauliflower on baking sheet with sides.
3. Melt the butter in a pan, over medium heat for 2 - 4 minutes until brown. It will start to give off a nutty aroma. If it burns, start over.
4. Add the sage to the butter then the oil. Toss over the cauliflower and season with salt and pepper.
4. Roast the cauliflower for 30 to 35 minutes, tossing half way through.
