1 lb. shrimp or scallops
1 lb. Roma Tomatoes
2 avocados
1/2 large onion
1/2 c. chopped cilantro
juice of 2 limes
4 oz. clam juice
1/2 c. ketchup
4 serrano chilies (if you remove the seeds and the spines they are less spicy)

Directions:
Directions:
Boil the shell fish until tender (do not over cook) and cool
and then cut into small pieces
(unless you buy precooked shrimp)
Chop finely tomatoes,avocados, onion, cilantro, chilies and add to mixture
Squeeze juice of two limes into the salsa and add the clam juice and ketchup,
Salt to taste
