1 6 oz. box lime Jello
2 1/2 cups boiling water
16 oz. can crushed pineapple
2 cups cottage cheese
1/2 cup Miracle Whip
1/4 cup 7-UP

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve Jello in water. Drain pineapple reserving 1 cup of juice. Add the reserved pineapple juice to Jello. Refrigerate. In a separate bowl mix pineapple, cottage cheese, Miracle Whip, and 7-Up. When Jello has thickened, add remaining mixture. Chill.
