stick butter
1 cup Red Hot sauce (Louisiana Style hot sauce)
1 Tbl. Black pepper
1 Tbl. Onion powder
1 Tbl. Garlic powder
- 1 Tbl. Cayenne pepper
teas. celery salt

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add spices and simmer on low for 10 minutes, stir in hot sauce. Heat to boiling, remove from heat and stir occasionally as it cools slightly. Coat meat with sauce and serve with blue cheese and celery.
