1 3/4 c. sugar
6 T. flour
4 c. fresh chopped rhubarb
1 c. raspberries
1 medium cooking apple, peeled & shredded
Pastry for double-crust pie

Directions:
Directions:
In large mixing bowl stir together flour and sugar. Stir in rhubarb, raspberries and apple. Transfer to a pastry lined 9" pie plate. Cut slits in the top crust and place over fruit filling. Seal and flute the edges. Cover edges with foil; bake at 375 for 25 minutes. Remove foil; bake 20-25 minutes more or until the top is golden and fruit is tender. Cool on wire rack.
