1/2 - 1 lbs. browned ground beef
1 30 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. water
2 c. sliced mushrooms (opt.)

1 container (15 oz ) ricotta cheese
1 egg
1 c. grated Parmesan Cheese
2 c. mozerella
9 - 10 uncooked lasagne noodles

For Sauce: In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook meat, stiriring, until lightly browned. Add spaghetti sause, mushrooms and water. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 5 min.

To Assemble: In small bowl combine ricotta, egg, and Parmesan cheese. Spoon 1/3 of the sauce into 13 X 9 baking dish; top with half the noodles, half the cheese filling and another layer of sauce. Repeat the layers ending with sauce. Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 45 min in a 350 oven. Remove cover and bake 15 min. longer.
