1 1/4 pounds raw unsalted nuts: cashews, pistachios, almonds, pecans are all good choices
2 Tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh rosemary leaves
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 tsp. dark brown sugar
2 tsp. kosher salt
1 Tbsp. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 375. Place nuts on an ungreased baking sheet and roast for about 10 minutes, or until lightly toasted. Meanwhile, combine the rosemary, pepper, sugar, salt and butter in a large bowl. Toss the warm nuts with the rosemary mixture until the nuts are completely coated. Serve warm.
