1 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp cream tartar
1 cup miniature chocolate chips or pecans

Directions:

Beat egg whites till peaks - add brown sugar and cream of tartar - add chocolate chips or nuts.

Line cookie sheet with foil

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes or til brown
