1 12-ounce can white corn, drained
1 4 ounce package cheddar cheese, grated
1 tblsp. grated onion
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Directions:

Mix thoroughly. Refrigerate several hours to blend the flavors. Serve with chips, crackers or vegetables.
