Ingredients:  
1 Head cauliflower, broken into pieces
2 pounds bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
1 large sweet onion, chopped

Combine and Add:

2 cups mayonnaise
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup Parmesan

Directions:

Set at least one hour, overnight is better.
Add one head of lettuce just before serving (optional).
