1 head of Cabbage (Grated)
1/2 med Onion (Diced)
1 teaspoon Sugar
2 tablespoons Mayo
1 teaspoon Mustard
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In bowl mix cabbage and onion
sprinkle. Sugar over cabbage,
add salt & pepper.
In separate bowl mix mayo & mustard, add a touch of salt & pepper.
Add mayo mixture to cabbage & 0nion.

This is a family favorite. I am always asked to fix this for family cookouts. This is especially a favorite for my big brother Jimmy. He likes to grill himself 3 hot dogs (brats) and put Coleslaw on them. This is a big indulgence for him. He usually eats very healthy! We call him the Food Police.
