1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup oats
1 cup coconut
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup any mixture of mashed or chopped fruit
1 cup milk

Directions:
Directions:
Stir the flour and baking powder together. Add the rest of the ingredients. You can do any mixture of fruit...Apples and Raisins, bananas (mango and banana is my favorite), craisins and nuts. You can also substitute a fruity yogurt for milk. Try adding cinnamon or nutmeg...yummy. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes or until top springs back.

This recipe is easy, and I almost always have the ingredients on hand. Plus, no eggs or oil! Very healthy. And if that doesn't get you to try them, surely the name will :-)
