1 Medium onion, chopped
2 celery stocks, diced
2 carrots, diced

1/2 cup butter,
1/2 cup flour
4 cups chicken broth
2 cups light cream

2 cups cooked wild rice
2 cups light cream
2 cups diced cooked chicken (about 3 breasts)
1 tsp parsley flakes
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables in butter. Reduce heat and blend in flour until bubbly. Slowly add chicken broth, and boil for one minute. Reduce heat a little more and add the rest of the ingredients. Simmer on low heat.
