2 eggs
3 cups mashed sweet potatoes
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup low fat or regular milk
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
3 cups corn flakes
2/3 cup butter, melted
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)


Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, beat eggs. Add next five ingredients. Mix well. Spoon into a greased 9x13 baking dish. Combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle over potatoes. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
