3 cups white all-purpose flour
cut in 1/2 cup lard
pinch of salt
1 Tablespoon of yeast
sugar to make yeast work
slowly add 1/3 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Work well and form into 3 balls refrigerate to rest
roll out thin, one ball at a time, cut with cookie cutter add small amount of mincemeat to half of each circle fold in half and pinch edges to seal
place on cookie sheet and bake till brown.
