10 slices cooked or baked turkey breast, warm
1 (6 oz.) box chicken flavored stuffing mix
1/2 c. cooked wild rice
2/3 c. roasted sunflower seeds
1/2 c. celery, finely chopped
1 c. water
2 tsp. fresh parsley
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. milk
1 (2 oz.) jar chopped pimento

Directions:

Cover the bottom of a greased 9 x 13 in. pan with turkey slices. In a medium bowl, combine the stuffing mix, rice, and sunflower seeds, mixing well. In a saucepan, combine the celery and water and simmer for 5 min. Add to the stuffing mixture and stir well with a fork. Spread over the turkey. Combine parsley, soup, milk, and pimento and blend. Pour over turkey and stuffing. Bake at 350 for 20 min.
