4 c. diced, cooked chicken
3 c. fine, soft bread crumbs
1 1/2 c. cooked rice
3/4 c. onion, chopped
3/4 c. celery, diced
1 small jar pimento, chopped
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 c. milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
Creamy mushroom sauce:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1 c. sour cream

Combine all ingredients, except mushroom sauce in large bowl. Spoon into buttered 9 x 13 in. pan. Bake in 350 oven for 50-55 min. or until knife inserted comes out clean. Cut into squares and serve with Creamy Mushroom Sauce.
For sauce: Combine ingredients in saucepan and heat slowly stirring well. Do not boil.
