8-10 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
3/4 c. butter, melted
1/2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 1/2 c. canned dry bread crumbs
1 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
2-3 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, mustard, garlic and Worcestershire sauce. Dip chicken breasts in mixture and pat into mixture made with bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, Swiss cheese, parsley and salt. Tuck ends into a bundle shape and place in a 9 x 13 in. pan. Drizzle remaining butter mixture over chicken. Bake at 350 for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Serve with wild rice casserole.
