4 lb pork back spareribs
Sauce
1/2 cup hoisin sauce
1/2 cup oyster sauce
3 tbsp hot chili sauce
2 tbsp liquid honey

Directions:
Directions:
Remove skin from underside of ribs. Tenderize ribs, slice each rack in half and add to a large pot of boiling water. Boil gently until ribs are fork tender, about 45 minutes. Drain.
Sauce;
Stir hoisin, oyster, hot chili sauce and honey together. Generously coat ribs with sauce on both sides. When ready to barbecue, spray grill with oil and cook ribs over medium heat, basting with sauce and turning often until well glazed, about 15 minutes.

I make up the sauce, cook it gently. then freeze it and put small amount on pork chops, meatballs,beef roast and just cook the meat either in frypan or oven.
