6 eggs, beaten
1 cup biscuit mix
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 pound sausage, browned and drained
1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix. Cover. Refrigerate. Bake 350 for 1 hour in a greased 2 quart dish (or 9x13 inch pan). This is good to make the night before and leave in the fridge to just stick in the oven the next morning for company.
