Approx. 2 lbs. round steak



Directions:
Directions:
Cut steak into serving size pieces. Brown well in shortening (preferably a cast iron skillet) Remove and place steak in casserole. Add water to drippings. Add thickening to make gravy. Add salt and pepper. Pour into casserole. Bake at 350 for at least 1 1/2 hours.
