1 lb. Jimmy Dean sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. chopped chives
1/2 c. slivered almonds
2 (4 oz.) cans drained mushrooms
1/2 c. butter
1 c. wild rice (soaked overnight)
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage partially done, then add onion, chives, almonds, mushrooms, butter and wild rice. Cook over low heat for 15 min. Add water and broth, then boil slowly for 45 min. Stir in cheese. Bake at 325 for 35 min.
