1 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup warm water
2 packages yeast
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup margarine
2 eggs
5 1/4 cups flour, approximately

Directions:
Directions:
Scald milk, stir in sugar, salt and margarine. Cool to luke warm. Place warm water into large bowl and sprinkle in yeast. Stir until dissolved. Add luke warm milk mixture, eggs and 2 cups flour. Beat till smooth. Stir in enough flour to make soft dough. Turn out onto floured surface. Knead until smooth and elastic, about 8-10 minutes---A MUST!!! Place in greased bowl, cover and let rise about 30 minutes. Punch down and shape into rolls. Bake at 375 until done.

Shape into regular rolls or crescents, cloverleaf or make cinnamon rolls. Just let your hands work and shape anything you can think of. I DO!!!!!!
