1 lb. uncooked pasta
1/3 c. olive oil
2 medium zucchini, sliced
2 bell peppers (yellow and red)
1 c. chopped red onion
2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
1/4 c. chopped fresh basil
1/4 c. chopped fresh chives
1/4 c. chopped fresh parsley
Salt and pepper
1/2 c. freshly shredded Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. While pasta is cooking, heat oil in skillet. Cook zucchini, peppers, and onion until slightly crisp, stirring occasionally. Add pasta and remaining ingredients.
