12 pounds peaches
1 cup vinegar
4 pounds sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Slice peaches with peeling on. Add sugar and vinegar. Cook slowly 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Can in pint jars. Seal while hot. Use for fried pies
