4 c. baked winter squash mashed and beaten smooth
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. broken pecans
2 tbsp. light or dark corn syrup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients except pecans and corn syrup. Turn into sprayed 1 1/2 qt. casserole. Sprinkle pecans on top and drizzle on corn syrup. Bake at 375 about 30 min.
