1 pound ground beef
2 eggs, beaten
2 teaspoons minced onion
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup milk
2 teaspoons tomato catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Beat eggs, add milk, salt, ground beef, onion and catsup. Mix well. Place in greased muffin tins and bake 20 minutes. Makes 6 meat loaf muffins.
