1 lb stewing beef, cut into small chunks
1 lb ground beef
2 C hot water
1 8oz can tomato sauce
1 large can diced tomatoes
1 can pinto beans
1 large onion, peeled and chopped
1 jalapeņo, seeded and minced
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 TSP hot pepper sauce
3 TBS chili powder
1 TBS oregano
1 TBS cumin
1 TSP paprika
1 TSP dry mustard
1 TSP salt
1/4 TSP cayenne pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meats and drain. Add water, tomato sauce, tomatoes, beans, onion, jalapeņo, garlic and hot pepper sauce. Boil and reduce heat to low. Simmer 30 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Simmer 90 minutes.
