Ingredients:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 soup can of rice
pork chops

Directions:
Directions:
Mix soup according to the directions on the can. Pour the rice into the soup and mix completely. I add spices and onions but you don't need either. Place pork chops on top. Bring the skillet to a boil then cover and let simmer for 15 minutes or until rice is tender and chops are done.

Personal Notes:
Kenneth Franco used to make this every time I asked him to fix dinner. It is simple and really very good. He later learned to cook a few other things but this was always his fall back meal!
