Directions:
Scrub, dry, pierce and bake potatoes at 425 for one hour. About 10 minutes before potatoes are done, blend milk, cream cheese, butter, garlic powder, and pepper until smooth. Add more milk or butter if necessary to get the right consistency. Heat in a saucepan; do not boil. When potatoes are done, remove and immediately slice lengthwise, leaving shell intact. Spoon out cooked potato into large bowl; salt to taste. With electric mixer, beat potatoes slightly, and gradually add cream cheese mixture. Spoon mixture into shells of 6 potatoes; top with cheese. Heat in oven for about 20 min. or microwave on high power until cheese is melted.
