3/4 c dried apricots
3/4 c warm apricot nectar
2 c flour
3 t baking powder
1/4 t soda
3/4 t salt
1 c sugar
2 eggs
3 T salad oil
1/2 c apricot water
1 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Wash apricots & soak 1/2 hour. Drain & cut up. Sift dry ingredients into bowl. Add all remaining ingredients & mix lightly. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
