Bread (old bagels, crusts or whatever).
Meat (ham, salami, sausage, whatever or nothing).
1 T melted butter (I omit this sometimes)
1 pound grated Monterey Jack Cheese or....
10 eggs
1 1/2 c milk
2 tsp prepared mustard
pepper to taste
dried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Layer the ingredients into the pan then pour the egg mixture over the top of everything. Sore overnight or as long as you can during the day. Bake at 325 degrees for an hour. Top with sour cream and Parmesan cheese to serve.

This uses up a ton of old bread products. You can cut it in half easily as it makes a lot of food. Can be made well ahead of time.
