2 c. cooked rice (I think brown is best for this)
6 hard boiled eggs
1/2 c green onions (or some dried onions)
1 c celery
1 can creams of Mushroom or Chicken soup
2 c diced chicken or turkey
1/4 c lemon juice
salt to taste
1 c slivered almonds (or not)
Rice crispies or cornflakes for top, or nothing

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all but cereal, put in baking dish. Add cereal the last 10 minutes of cooking time. Bake 350 Degrees for 45 minutes or until completely hot.
