2 c. flour
1 c. salt
2 Tbsp. Oil
4 tsp. cream of tartar
2 c. water
Food Coloring

Directions:
Directions:
Add color to water first. Combine with oil and then remainder of ingredients in large saucepan. Stir over medium heat until stiff. Remove from heat. Knead well. Store in airtight container.
