Chopped chicken or turkey
1 can cream of Mushroom or C. of Chicken soup.
1/2 c Mayonnaise
2 c. chopped celery
sliced bread town in pieces, twice as much as the chicken was!
1/2 c. Almonds, slivered or chopped.
Dried onions or green onions

Directions:
Mix everything together and bake in preheated over at 425 degrees for 15 minutes. You want the casserole hot but the celery still crunchy! Cover with corn flakes at the last minute if you desire. Also is good with 3 hard boiled eggs chopped over the top, although I rarely remember to do this!
