1/3 c. red wine vinegar
1/4 c. ketchup
2 T. salad oil
2 T. soy sauce
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. prepared mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp garlic powder or 1 garlic clove

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and marinade 2-3 hours or more in frig.
